Roles and responsibilities Monitoring assigned station on Milk Bottling/production line Follow all Company Policies, specifically regarding Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures associated with Milk Production and Chemical use Cleaning and Sanitizing equipment and work area at end of shift Completion of designated daily shift paperwork Desired Skills and Attributes Positive can do attitude with a willingness to learn Attention to detail.
Flexible approach to tasks and duties, with a willingness to assist with all aspects of production, deep cleaning or any other task necessary to the success of the business Ability to collaborate in a team-based environment.
Willingness to learn and improve.
Ability to maintain a positive, optimistic, empathetic attitude always highly respectful of others.
Develops a working understanding of production processes, proper handling of equipment and machinery.
Understands and demonstrates the basic food safety requirements of factory employees.
Ability to complete tasks with competency.
